We require at least 24 hours’ notice during working hours (9am–5pm), and any changes depend on stock availability. During peak periods, it may not be possible to extend your hire or reschedule collection. If your collection is due tomorrow or the next working day and you're contacting us outside office hours, we may not be able to stop the collection in time. If we're able to cancel it, we’ll confirm by email.
To request an exchange, just click here and place a new order as normal. At checkout, be sure to select the "Exchange" option so we know to replace your current skip with a new one.
